Project Description
As a sub-consultant to an  international management consulting firm, cmQue, inc. was part of a project on global distribution network modeling for a manufacturing company with annual revenues of $750M. The network model was used to assess various distribution strategies based on financial and operational metrics. The tasks included  operations assessment, demand forecasting, transportation expense analysis,  inventory analysis, and logistics network modeling.
