cmQue, inc. provided sub-consultant services to an international management consulting firm for the Manufacturing Franchise Rationalization Study. The objective of this study was to evaluate the financial impact of consolidating manufacturing capability that was dispersed across 600 franchise locations, subject to service level, capacity, and other operational constraints. cmQue was involved in the development of a logistics network model that considered transportation, raw materials, distribution, manufacturing, service, and other operational areas. The services were performed for a $1B company that owned the manufacturing technology.
