As a member of the consulting team, cmQue, inc. assisted a department store retailer in developing a strategy for redesigning their catalog, retail, and furniture logistics network. cmQue, inc. evaluated alternative configurations for moving and storing merchandise across a nationwide network of stores and distribution centers. cmQue also developed network optimization models that were used to evaluate scenarios based on cost and service criteria.
