Project Description
cmQue, inc. was part of the team that redesigned the distribution network of a retailer of consumer electronics and appliances. The objective of the project was to determine the future configuration of the distribution network that can meet the company’s strategic objectives and satisfy increased customer service levels. cmQue provided expertise in supply chain management and strategic network analysis. cmQue also assisted the retailer in developing in-house capabilities in network modeling.
