Project Description
As a sub-consultant to a supply chain management consulting firm, cmQue, inc. assisted a manufacturer of office products and self adhesive solutions in their strategic planning initiative. The objective of the study was to identify improvements in the existing supply network by considering site consolidations, optimizing the distribution network, and regionalizing product manufacturing. cmQue provided subject-matter expertise in transportation analysis, strategic network modeling and overall guidance in project management.
