cmQue, inc. was part of a consulting team that analyzed the distribution network of a retailer of first-quality, in-season, name brand and designer apparel, accessories and footwear. cmQue identified short-term and long-term initiatives to improve the flow of merchandise from vendors to stores and reduce cost. cmQue also provided consulting services in the reengineering of the manpower planning process for the retailer’s distribution centers.
