Project Description
Manheim and Associates retained the services of cmQue, inc. to be part of the consulting team that developed a knowledge management strategy for Symbius, Inc. At the time of the engagement, Symbius was recently established as a  consulting firm in the area of logistics and supply chain management. Symbius sought assistance in its knowledge management initiative, wherein the firm would  make explicit, manage, package, and disseminate its intellectual assets. The  tasks included translating Symbius' general commitment to knowledge management as a strategy, into a specific set of action projects.

Role of Firm
cmQue, inc. assisted  Symbius in developing an Implementation Plan, including a set of prioritized  project initiatives to accomplish the Plan. Symbius integrated the results of the project as part of its core consulting practice.
