Together with i2 Technologies, cmQue, inc. assisted the logistics strategy group of Tropicana Food Products to accommodate the company's expansion plans. The project involves supporting key decisions in integrating new acquisitions to the existing logistics network, determining revised product mix given incremental manufacturing capacities, and identifying the location of new distribution facilities.
