Project Description
In collaboration with i2 Technologies, CM Technologies worked with Tropicana Food Products, Inc. to develop their packaging and logistics strategy. The consulting engagement involved building a mathematical model of Tropicana's logistics network as well as developing and evaluating alternative logistics network designs. CM Technologies also trained Tropicana staff in network modeling using an i2 Technologies software product.
